Fig, Brie & Prosciutto Triscuit Toppers
- 15 Triscuit crackers
- 1 jar fig jam
- 1 (4-ounce) wedge Brie cheese, sliced into squares
- 3 slices of prosciutto, sliced into square
Arrange the Triscuit crackers on a serving platter. Top each cracker with the square three cheese, a slice of prosciutto and top each Triscuit with a dollop of fig jam.
Total time 10 minutes. Makes 15 appetizers.
