Summer spells the height of grilling season. It's time to fire up the grill!

Grilling gets you out of the kitchen and promises a meal that is high in protein and low in carbs. It's good for you and tastes delicious.
There's no end to the options available. Fresh chicken, seafood, pork and beef. Add a little rub, barbecue sauce or marinade it. It's what's for dinner!
And don't forget about sides and desserts. Charbroiled lettuces, fresh fruits and vegetables grill up beautifully. And are good for you!
