Prosciutto Caramelized Brussel Sprouts

Prosciutto Caramelized Brussel Sprouts

With the holidays approaching I thought this recipe deserved a revisit since it is the perfect companion to holiday ham or turkey. This nutritious green also pairs well with beef and pork tenderloin. You can’t go wrong serving this at the holiday table and you’ll be the talk of dinner. Brussel Sprouts never tasted so good.

Not a fan of brussel sprouts….neither was I until I tasted this simple easy recipe. May I remind you that spouts are loaded with Vitamin C and K and are high in anti-cancer properties. Give it a try. Trust me you’ll be impressed.
