Do you toast the new year with a champagne cocktail in hand? If so, I’ve got the perfect recipe for you! Elderflower Bellinis.
Bellinis are typically made with peach purée or nectar and Prosecco sparkling wine. But for this recipe Elderflower liqueur is the star of the show.
It’s the perfect twist for this classic cocktail.
Elderflower liqueur isn’t cheap. About $35 is what you’ll pay for a bottle but I promise it’s the perfect addition to so many cocktails.
There is more than one brand but my favorite is St. Germain. And a little goes a long way.
Purée fresh peaches or simply pick up a bottle of peach nectar in the beverage aisle of your grocery store. This cocktail is perfect for any festive occasion.
