What I love most about hosting game day at my house is not the game but all the food. Don't get me wrong I love to cheer on my Buckeyes and my Bengals. But it wouldn't be the same without some good game day grub.
At the top of the list is spicy buffalo chicken dip served with tortilla chips. Game day wouldn't be the same without it.
It's like spicy wings in a bowl. Tender bites of chicken mixed with Franks RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce and Marzetti's Classic Ranch Dressing served on a tortilla chip. What's not to love. Serve it with a cold beer.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cream, softened
- 1/2 bottle Marzetti Classic Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 bottle Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce (add more you like it saucy)
In a serving bowl, soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds and then stir in the ranch dressing. Sprinkle the shredded chicken on top and pour the wing sauce over the chicken and serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted baguette slices.
Serves a crowd of 15.
