Grilled Fruit Kabobs

Grilled Fruit Kabobs | Home & Plate | www.homeandplate.com | Grill your favorite fruits on the grill for a special summer treat.

There's nothing like the sweetness of fresh fruit during the height of summer. Grilled fruit kebabs are the perfect side or dessert to go with any grilled meal.

Juicy watermelon, sweet tender peaches and fresh strawberries are grilled to perfection and a delicious way to enjoy summer's sweet fruits.

The grill is not just for meat and vegetables! Grilled fruit kebabs are easy to make, caramelize beautifully and taste delicious drizzled with aged balsamic vinegar and a sprinkle of kosher salt.

Grilling draws out the sweet flavor of the fruit and the balsamic vinegar adds tang. Add other fruits like pineapple, plums and bananas. Grilled fruit is also delicious sprinkled with fresh basil or mint.

Pair these sweet grilled fruits with my Fall Off The Bone Baby Back Ribs or Beer Can Chicken for a complete meal.
