Blood Orange Parfaits with Dark Chocolate Chips & Pomegranate Arils
Serves 1. Total time: 5 minutes. Printable recipe
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup plain or vanilla flavored yogurt
- 1 blood orange, sectioned
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate arils
- 1/2 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Layer the yogurt and blood orange sections in a glass or dessert bowl in two layers. Top each parfait with dark chocolate chips and pomegranate arils. Delicious!
