Grilled Fruit Kabobs
Grill your favorite summer fruits and drizzle them with mint and balsamic glaze.
- 2 peaches, cut into 1-inch wedges
- 8 strawberries
- 2-3 Kiwifruit, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch circles
- 1 cup watermelon, cut into 1-inch chunks
- Balsamic glaze
- Olive oil
- Fresh mint, chopped
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Thread the fruit alternately onto metal or wooden skewers. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil. Grill the fruit until it has caramelized, about six minutes turning several times. Sprinkle each skewer with fresh mint and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
