Fruity Elderflower Sangria

Summer's freshest fruits and elderflower liqueur are the stars of this fruity summer sangria spritzer.

Ingredients

  • One 750 ml bottle of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 cup of elderflower liqueur
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, quartered
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • Club soda

Instructions

  • Add the sliced fresh fruit to a large pitcher. Pour the white wine and elderflower liqueur over the fruit and steep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before topping with club soda. Serve in wine glasses with or without ice.

Notes

To make a single glass, add several slices of peaches, strawberries and blueberries to a glass. Add one cup of white wine and 1/3 cup of elderflower liqueur and allow the glass to steep for 30 minutes in the fridge before adding a splash of club soda and enjoying.
