Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Guinness beer
  • 4 scoops gourmet coffee ice cream
  • Chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • Fill a desert glass with two scoops of coffee ice cream. Slowly pour the Guinness beer over the ice cream. The beer will be frothy so add it slowly. ¬†Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup on top and enjoy.
