Grilled Fruit Kabobs

Grill your favorite summer fruits and drizzle them with mint and balsamic glaze.

  • 2 peaches, cut into 1-inch wedges
  • 8 strawberries
  • 2-3 Kiwifruit, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch circles
  • 1 cup watermelon, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh mint, chopped


  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Thread the fruit alternately onto metal or wooden skewers. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil. Grill the fruit until it has caramelized, about six minutes turning several times. Sprinkle each skewer with fresh mint and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
