Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles

These strawberry watermelon ice pops are a sweet and refreshing way to stay cool during the dog days of summer.

  • 2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 8 - 10 strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Handful of mint leaves


  • Using a blender, purée the watermelon, strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and mint leaves.
  • Pour the purée into a Popsicle mold, add the wooden sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
