  • 2 containers, 5-ounce raspberry flavored 100 – calorie Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Granola
  • Raspberries
  • Chocolate chips


  • Mix together the yogurt, milk, Chia seeds and cocoa powder in a bowl. Pour the mixture into small dessert bowls and refrigerate overnight.Garnish each bowl with granola, raspberries and chocolate chips.
