  • 12 dinner rolls, sliced

Blackberry BBQ Sauce

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup onions, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup seedless blackberry preserves
  • 1 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence

Make the Pork Tenderloins

Make the BBQ sauce

  • Sauté the onions and garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until softened. Add the blackberries and cook until softened. Add the remaining ingredients until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a blender or use a immersion blender to purée the sauce. Set the sauce aside until needed.
  • Fire up the grill to medium heat and grill the tenderloins until the internal temperature measures 145°F, about 20 minutes. Remove the tenderloins to a cutting board and allow to rest for 5 minutes for cutting into thin slices. Sandwich the pork between the dinner rolls and top with the blackberry barbecue sauce and serve.
