Raspberry & Blueberry Yogurt Granola Popsicles
Turn a fruity yogurt granola parfait into a special frozen treat that's delicious for breakfast or a snack anytime of the day. Make these raspberry and blueberry yogurt granola popsicles today!
- 32 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1/2 pint raspberries
- 1/2 pint blueberries
Mix together in a bowl 1 cup of the vanilla yogurt with half the raspberries and blueberries. Use an immersion blender or a muddler to incorporate the fruit and yogurt.
Layer the ingredients in a popsicle mold starting with a spoonful or two of vanilla yogurt, followed by granola, a few fresh berries and a layer of the mixed yogurt. Sprinkle a final layer of granola before inserting the popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least four hours.
To remove the popsicles from the mold run them under hot water for a few seconds until they slide easily out of the mold.
