  • 32 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/2 pint raspberries
  • 1/2 pint blueberries

  • Mix together in a bowl 1 cup of the vanilla yogurt with half the raspberries and blueberries. Use an immersion blender or a muddler to incorporate the fruit and yogurt.
  • Layer the ingredients in a popsicle mold starting with a spoonful or two of vanilla yogurt, followed by granola, a few fresh berries and a layer of the mixed yogurt. Sprinkle a final layer of granola before inserting the popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least four hours.
  • To remove the popsicles from the mold run them under hot water for a few seconds until they slide easily out of the mold.
