Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned or jarred artichoke hearts minced
  • 1 10- ounce package chopped frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Muenster cheese
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or toasted baguette slices.
