  • 1 5-ounce container Greek vanilla yogurt, thawed and slushy
  • 1/2 banana, slice and freeze it if you like it extra slushy
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • Splash of milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder, optional


  • Using an immersion blender or standard blender on high speed, combine blueberries, the yogurt, frozen banana slices and berries and slowly add in enough milk until slushy. Just make sure the yogurt is just thawed and slushy.
