Start breakfast off right with this healthy blueberry yogurt smoothie. Easy to make, this smoothie features fresh berries, greek yogurt and banana.
- 1 5-ounce container Greek vanilla yogurt, thawed and slushy
- 1/2 banana, freeze it if you like it extra slushy
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 3 strawberries, sliced
- Splash of milk
- 1 scoop protein powder, optional
