Banana Peach Smoothie

This delicious banana peach smoothie is made with fresh picked peaches and blended with green yogurt and ginger for a great way to start the morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh peach, peeled and sliced into chunks
  • 5 ounce container vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  • Using an immersion blender, mix together the yogurt, peaches and honey and slowly add in the orange juice until slushy.

Notes

NOTES: Freeze the yogurt overnight and thaw in hot water for 5 minutes before crushing with a fork for a slushier smoothie.
