Ingredients
14-ounce container Yoplait strawberry or mixed berry Greek yogurt, thawed and slushy
1cupof fresh assorted berries, chopped
1/4cupmilk
1scoopprotein powder, unsweetened (optional)
Instructions
Using an immersion blender or blender, mix together the yogurt, berries and slowly add in enough milk until slushy. Just make sure the yogurt is thawed and slushy with fresh berries.
