Basic Berry Smoothie
This basic berry smoothie is a great way to start the morning. Chock full of strawberries and blueberries this yogurt smoothie is also high in protein.
- 1 4-ounce container Yoplait strawberry or mixed berry Greek yogurt, thawed and slushy
- 1 cup of fresh assorted berries, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 scoop protein powder, unsweetened (optional)
