Ingredients
- 1 15 ounce can chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl if needed.
- Add an additional tablespoon of milk if needed for the desired consistency and smoothness.
- Transfer the dessert spread to a bowl.
- Garnish with mini chocolate chips or a strawberry and serve with your favorite dippers.
- Store any leftover hummus in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
